The Victron Quattro is a DC / AC converter, battery charger and transfer switch in one housing. The pure sine wave inverter provides a stable voltage and the programmable battery charger charges the battery bank.
Two AC inputs and outputs
The Quattro can be connected to 2 independent AC sources. This can be, for example, shore power and a generator, or two aggregates. The Quattro automatically switches to the active source. In addition, the main output has an uninterruptible functionality, in the event of a power failure or if the power supply from shore power or the generator is interrupted, the Quattro takes over the power supply, so that electronic devices can continue to work undisturbed.
Power assist function
The Quattro has a power assist function. This means that the Quattro prevents overloading by automatically limiting the charging of the battery if it would otherwise be overloaded.
